1) Work in a confidential highly responsive relationship with management.

2) Prepare letters, presentations reports.

3) Compile data from numerous sources produces summary reports as required.

4) Responsible to establish, maintain revise departmental files.

5) Responsible to receive prioritize telephone calls, business visitors, and incoming mail.

6) Route mail inquiries to proper personnel.

7) Maintain calendars, schedule appointments.

8) Arrange departmental meetings/conferences.

9) Coordinate travel for departmental personnel.
